We were blessed to host one of our surf yoga experiences as a healthy bachelorette party for some wonderful ladies from Amsterdam and Cape Town.
We had an amazing time in Glencairn as well as setting up a beautiful picnic lunch for them in Noordhoek.
The day started with a relaxing yoga session followed by delicious smoothies before we prepared to jump in the ocean for our surf.
The ladies had fun as we shared our surf knowledge and played in the waves with salty smiles and stoked faces.
Ending the experience with a picnic lunch to fill the gap from the mornings activities.
