Betty's Bay

Betty's Bay is found on the Southern Cape Coast. Facing due south towards Antartica, it is notorious for it's severe weather conditions. 

But on a fine summers day, the highlight for us is being in the water with the mountains within touching distance! 

Betty's Bay has many attractions and is home to an African Penguin Colony as well as the Botanical Garden. 

 

We find it exhilarating here, with gorgeous hikes in the area plus being in the territory of the famous Cape Leopard. 

Not to mention the number of beach breaks to choose from and rock pools to forage from. 

Come share our secret coves and the special hikes. 

With Betty's being so close, it's definitely worth the getaway!

SURF

We surf to have fun, we surf to connect with the ocean. 

We learn how to navigate the waves, developing the skills  needed to enjoy the surf and to be safe. 

From paddling, to wave selection, reading the conditions  and having the right technique to ride the waves. 

We believe surfing is a fun and enjoyable activity for  everyone.

YOGA

Yoga is unity, we practice yoga to align our energies. 

We especially appreciate practicing yoga in the outdoors. 

Being close to nature and coming closer to nature through yoga is an important aspect of our practice. 

We connect with spirit, we set intention and we give thanks to our beings. 

Connecting with Self and creating harmony in the world.

FOOD

Health and nourishment are such important aspects of living a fulfilling life, as what we are putting in our bodies and our attitude toward that is vital to our well-being. 

The food we eat gives us energy but also serves as a source of joy and community.

We believe in a diet rich in fruit, veggies and legumes keeps our oxidative stress levels low and helps us stay young.

HIKE

We enjoy hiking in Nature, to  reconnect and  ground our soul. 

Hiking for us is a opportunity to connect with  ones deep thoughts and find clarity and  perspective. 

We love to explore, finding viewpoints and  natural wonders as we share and discover.
